At Al Tahzeeb Sweets, we prepare all items fresh and with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Photo evidence is required.

2. Refund or Replacement

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A full or partial refund
• Store credit for future use

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

• Custom cake designs if the order was fulfilled as requested
• Change of mind after order is prepared
• Complaints submitted beyond the 2-hour window

4. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
